Scope of Delivery

The services provided by Plus Digital are digital in nature and delivery is carried out electronically. There is no shipment of physical products.

Delivery Time

• MVP projects: accelerated delivery after scope approval
• Comprehensive projects: with a phased delivery schedule
• Each phase is delivered with a written summary and approval

Delivery Method

Services are delivered via project management panels, email or agreed communication channels. Access details are securely shared with the Customer.

Delays

Content/access delays caused by the Customer may affect the delivery time. In cases of force majeure, the parties inform each other.
