Service Agreement

Parties and Subject

This agreement governs the scope of the digital services provided and the obligations of the parties between PLUS DIGITAL YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Service Provider") and the customer purchasing the service ("Customer").

Scope of Service

• Mobile app development
• E-commerce infrastructure and automation
• SEO and digital marketing
• Social media management
• Maintenance, support and consulting

Obligations of the Parties

• The Service Provider delivers the services within the defined scope and timeframe.
• The Customer provides the required content and access on time.
• The Customer pays the service fee as agreed.
• Confidentiality is mutually protected for both parties.

Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of the products created are transferred to the Customer upon full payment of the fee. General libraries and tools used by the Service Provider are excluded.

Term and Termination

The agreement remains in effect until the service is completed or terminated in writing by the parties. Upon termination, charges apply in proportion to the work delivered.
