Cancellation & Refund

General Principles

Plus Digital is a software studio providing digital services. Cancellation and refund requests are evaluated based on the nature and completion rate of the service.

Right of Withdrawal

For services not yet started, the right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the payment date. Once the service has started, a deduction is applied in proportion to the completed work.

Refund Conditions

• Full refund for services not started
• For partially completed services, refund minus the delivered work
• No refund for completed and delivered services

Refund Process

Refund requests are sent to info@plusdigital.tr. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
