Distance Sales Agreement

Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement is made between PLUS DIGITAL YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ as the SELLER and the BUYER purchasing services/products via the website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the sale and performance of the service/product whose qualities and sale price are specified, ordered electronically by the BUYER via the website.

Product/Service Information and Price

• The essential qualities of the service/product are stated on the relevant package page.
• All prices include VAT and are in Turkish Lira.
• The price valid at the moment of order confirmation applies.

Performance and Delivery

Services are performed digitally in electronic form. The performance period varies by package nature and is communicated to the BUYER.

Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days before performance of the service begins. For services started with the BUYER’s approval, the right of withdrawal may be limited in proportion to completed work due to its nature.

Dispute Resolution

For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits set by the Ministry of Trade. Applications: info@plusdigital.tr
